Finally - someone speaks some sense.

Just remember how much Crawf has done for that show - and he is playing game 300 this week - of course they were going to highlight it.

Harvey will get given the credit due as his last game approaches. Not a month in advance.

Also i can't believe how many people say they don't like the show but continue to watch it every week. I'm not like a lot of people but i generally don't do things i don't like...

They have at least a month to get a fitting tribute together, which is good, because there's 20 years of highlights to go through. There's no reason to give him a send-off now, when there's still plenty of footy to be played.

he annonced his retirment on tuesday the collingwood saga started on monday the footy show would do their prep on monday by the time thursday came they wouldnt of had the time to do the harvey tribute.. watch the comming week it will come

I have no problem with them going on about collingwood and Crawford, he deserves it. But to barely even mention Harves retirement is a disgrace and shows a lack of respect not just for him but for St Kilda. You think they will do something when he plays his last game and its Grand Final time, I don't think so.

Can anyone post a link for Sam's mailbag or somewhere we can complain as I couldn't find anything on their useless web site.

Sam's Mailbag? That's just setting the whole situation up to be mocked by that clown...imaging his snied face as he reads out you letter Bev, followed by a round of backhanded insults to the club and Harvs. It's not worth it.

I dont watch the show but tuned in as I mistakenly thought one of the BIGGEST stories of the week might rate more than a 5 sec mention?...I mean the games oldest player and soon to be third on the all time games played list announced hes retiring - I didnt notice every other media outlet black ban it cause he hasnt run out for the last time????

who cares Harves will get his time, plenty of footy left. Crawf has been a huge part of that show over the years and I think they did right by him to show how much they appreciated him, as a friend of the show not just a football player.

Dal got middle so we are set this week, even if he was dressed like a poor boy ...'shine ya shoes govna'
