Their list has a blend of young and old, and though it has it's faults, will only get better, while ours has stagnated, if not gone backwards. Gibbs, Murphy, Judd and Stevens make a formiddable on-ball brigade, and with Fevola up forward anything is possible.
Those guy's (apart from Murphy) ain't THAT young...they better make the best out of it soon. As for this year, if they're gonna take out a premiership, the best start would be from somewhere in the eight.
Gibbs is 19 Born (from memory Mar 1989).
Gibbs wasn't mentioned.

I'm not sure Carlton's 'premiership window' has even opened yet, but it might next year if they can (a) learn to dispose of the ball properly or (b) get over themselves and play like a team. Hopefully, neither of those will happen (like Richmond in relation to point a)

this is the same carlton that that had to rely on judd to get them close against us???

I am curious at how many more years the press will give them before they throw the pressure down and question "why are they not making the 8".

As much as it pains me to say it, Carlton are on the right track.

If you had told me at the end of 2006 that Geelong would win a flag before us I would have told you, you were mad.

So, by extension, I refuse to say that Carlton won't win a flag before us, as much as I hope that noone wins a flag before we win our next one.
