Why is it amazing?

'Doing well' when you have star players at their physical and mental peak playing well, does not mean you are a good coach.

Lyon is doing well right now to have them keen and putting in the effort.

However, 2 weeks in 2 years does not mean he is a good coach.

Why is that so hard to grasp? To think someone isn't a good coach does not mean you 'hate' them or have an 'agenda'.

To think someone is a good coach or player, does not mean you love them or have an agenda.

I suppose trying to explain that you aren't 'either with us or you're against us' to poeple on here is a waste of time.

He's been doing very well in the last few weeks and kudos to him for that. Since he got the job last year I thought he'd had a real tough job to meet some high expectations with a list that was not performing. I thought he had struggled a bit to cope with such a hard gig but I think he's starting to find his feet and become a bit more comfortable in the role.
