I read the court's decision, the club got totally creamed.

We talk about how good or bad St Kilda's list of players is.
But what if the club's case were to be compared to a list of players.
It would consist of kids from the kindergarten backyard leftovers.
How Archie Fraser allowed such a pathetic defence to go to court without settling first is beyond belief. It simply made the guys with horse hair on their heads richer at the club's expense.
Fortunately the club has realised it has no hope in winning an appeal and has decided to proceed no further.

I have often wondered why St Kilda gets creamed at the tribunal but now I know it is either because the club has the most incompetent of legal advice or is stupid enough to ignore excellent advice.

Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

The hate filled minority won't change that so they better learn to deal with it.
What service??????

I'll remember GT for is the way he conspired with his ex-best mate Rod Butterrs in 2001 to sack Blight, sacrificing $1 million the Saints could ill-afford and signing himself up to a $1/2 million coaching contract, so that he could borrow $1 million from his ex-best mate to buy a mansion on the Bay.

I'll remember GT for squandering a once-in-40 years opportunity to develop a premiership squad, which through his lack of coaching skills in 2004 & 2005 (who needs a specialist ruckman?????) has caused the teams to fall at the penultimate hurdle..........

I'll remember GT for his greed in suing the club he supposedly loves for every last cent he could get - the most disgusting act of treachery by a former player and coach in St Kilda's long history........

Well may the St Kilda FC issue a statement pronouncing the end of hostilities between GT and the club..........but that does not mean that I as a financial member agree with their sentiments that GT is welcome back at the club: his family, yes, but not the self-serving traitor!
