Go Cadel.
Im with you but my daughter says it all the time and she also watches all the nickolodian shows on foxtel and they say it all the time.

Great game.

I thought it was King's best game for the Saints (so far).

Only 2 players I thought did not give us much, Gwilt & Allen. I think should given Allen a run in the 2's. See what he can do.

How peculiar....
They must be using his commentary from the 3AW broadcast to do so. Ain't technology wonderful?

Let's not underestimate Judd's magic final quater effort. MAny are saying that we went negative, but sheeesh, his clearance work was 1st class. That's what got them back into it.

It wasn't until he was benched that we were able to stem the tide. I can see why they went after him, coz without Judd, they'd still be bottom 3.

Carlton are a much improved team this year, so a good win.

The main thing was that:

1- we didn't give up
2- we keptthe pressure on
3- we played with spirit and aggression

I'm still concerned that we rely on 44 to kick the goals.

The lid is off after Round 2! Enjoy the journey, coz you just don't know where we'll end up. Live for today and seize the moment.

Game was telecast by Fox to other states

with their commentary? Walls also works for Fox.

what was with Buckley getting down on fev because he showed some loving to the saints at end of game?

watching the replay- Fev could barely stand up at the centre bounces when he did come back on in the last quarter- pain obvious
I still think Bally is doing it better after his surgery- But he's not having to carry the whole team

Bally Interview here from ABC

although obviously the ABC sub editor isn't an AFL fan

Fox was telecasting the Ch 7 braodcast. Walls works for Fox, yes, but not on game broadcasts. He's on On The Couch. And last night he was definitely working for 3AW.

I saw him clearly running into the Fox booth every time they wanted special comments on the channel 7 broadcast.

ok
wasn't sure

BTW I am getting sick of Commetti'isms- he is relly reaching a lot of the time.

just watching the replay- Bucks saying- "Judd not on a tight tag at this stage"- as two saints were dragging him to the ground-

- but as the person next to me said- How does Judd still manage to get the ball away??

a good example of this would have been the ridiculous holding the ball call against bentick where he a) didn't have ANY prior opportunity to get rid of it and b) was taken to high. it was in the last quarter when we had all the momentum and were looking the goods. it resulted in a stkilda goal and the momentum shifted to you guys.

don't be too harsh on Gwilt... had been playing ok until last night.

when a forward has a bad game they're generally just ineffective

when a backman has a bad game their opponent usually kicks a few goals

that's why Milne's bad games never seem as bad Gwilts/Raphs
