Bradley was the biggest out wide sheep dog the game has ever seen,I repeat HAS EVER SEEN! He was fine at recdieving ,one of the best at it,but to compare him to Harvey is like comparing Casson to Warne
I think you may be letting Rohan Smith and Buckley off a bit easy there

How old are you guys? Do you remember Bradley playing at all???

He was a gun, an absolute running machine, with terrific disposal, plenty of courage, and good speed. He and Harvey, by the way they ran, were the reason multi-player tags were devised by opposition coaches.

I love Harves, he's one of my all time favourite Saints, and to still be playing at the level he is in his 21st season is truly astonishing, but Bradley was also a wonderful player, and certainly loses little in comparison to Harves. Banger was better inside perhaps, a better baulker for sure, Bradley kicked the ball better and had a little more pace.

Both guns for a very very long time.

Just because I say he is not in Harvey's class doesn't mean a slight on him it's more a reflection of the esteem I hold Rob Harvey in.

I've seen bradley play and concur he was a good player, but definately a class level below harvey and Williams.

I would suggest that bradley would be better compared to Aussie Jones, although Bradley did play in premierships, and Aussie didn't.

Pretty sure Bradley is much better player than Aussie. He would have one B&F in sides much better than Aussie played in and Aussie probably never went close to a B&F. Another case of overating ours and underating other sides players.

Craig Bradley is a selfish, egotistical, cheating prick.

Robert Harvey isn't.

Rob's also a better footballer.

Gotta agree with Plugger on this one (as unusual as that is!).

You don't play 370+ games of VFL/AFL footy, win B7F, win Premiership medallions (no matter how tainted) by being a dud.
He was a fabulous outside running player who was a beasutiful long kick (as good a kick as Aussie on his right foot)
His gut running was legendary and by far the best in the league until a player called Robert Harvey came along and took it to a new level.
Bradley's running was almost exclusively 'outside' (he occasionaly found himself in a pack by mistake).
Harvey's gut-running was 'inside' and 'outside'

Was Bradley a better player than Aussie Jones - certainly in my opinion.

Was Bradley a better player than Harves - certainly not in my opinion.

Getting sick and tired of Harvey been put into a class below what he should be in.

Amen to that.

I am sick and tired of the way we blindly accept that Harvey is lumped into the class below time and again.

Craig Bradley was a great player. He was NO Robert Harvey.

Greg Williams han balled well. Well done Greg. He also was no Robert Harvey and Harvs playd against Williams AND Carlton enough to have smashed them time and again - check the tape.
