Melb member stuck at home tonight.

Surprised by the lack of positivity.
1) We won - but they (shockers) were crap
2) 3 debs - not overawed
3) One rotation down since Q time (and it wasn't so long ago in 2008 that this was "death' ot ones chances)
4) Lenny 16 pos Q1 - what have the Gods got against us??
5) Blake - the AFL designated blocker!! I think younger people say ROFL
6) Harvey - so inspiring it's almost sad
7) Effort = good
8) Guilt = OK and he i sstilll young

I thought it was our most positive peformance for the year and the first time I felt the entire team were determined to put in for 4 quarters.

If we work that hard every week we'll win more than we lose.

YES JD! I've commented on other threads - loved the passion,enthusiasm & courage (not always rewarded) shown tonight! A great blend of the raw talent combined with experience.

I'll give credit where it's due, and if Lyon can have 22 blokes running out each week with that level of effort I'll be a happy man.

I'm still not sold on the game style but given the personnel we had on the park it made sense to play the way we did tonight.
