Whats happening here is everyones fault, including the coaches and the playing group.

What we need here is a St Kilda man, plus someone who knows a little something about lifting average players up to look good.

Just like Mark Harvey, Ross Lyon shone in the assistants role, but when it comes to getting the head coach role, well.......


Mick Malthouse may be a bitter humourless man, but he showed in 02 that he could lift an average group of players, I am sure he could do the same thing with us.

The players need to take responsibility for their lack of fight, yes, but surely a coaches role is to give them that extra edge and hardness. If not why even have a coach then?
