Harvey - Time to Go?

Post: # 582912Post lennyandkarl »

Does anyone else think it was selfish of Harvs to hang around for this long for a premiership? I mean, he's missed today when we really need him and to be honest he is pretty old. We could have been blooding a young bloke like Eljay Connors.

No, I think your a f****** complete imbecile. Harvs will make the call when its time, more than likely ernd of this year. Until now, he has been more than just a contributor, and sadly one of our best in the midfield.

If you can call harvs selfish with your first post, take my advice and dont ever bother coming back.

Yeh would have been good to see how Eljay went with his arm in a sling...flog.

First posters after a loss always make me wary. But - seriously, he is getting on in years. I love Banger more than anyone but maybe he has been papering over a few of our cracks and he should pull the pin. I'm sure I'll tear up the day he does but when we eventually win the flag he'll be as much a part of it as any of the side that does.

This side the way its going....harvs is not papering over anything. AGAIN, he has been exceptional ina many games this year, one of our best mids, and thats a major worry in itself.

The only part he'll have in it is some DNA from his son running around. We are playing pox footy at the moment. Wake up. SFK you are crap, stop wanking over your STREAK DVD.

Well after watching the pathetic limp wristed efforts in the second and third quarters I wouldn't blame Harve's for pulling the pin now.

This rabble today weren't prepared to put in and run hard like he has done for the last twenty seasons.
Most of them don't deserve the honour of playing with him.
