Umpire indicated St Kilda free, but gave it to Dogs. Our players had gone to our forward line... they get it, kick it to Giansiricusa. He goals. Now they are 17 points up. Not looking good for us at all.

Can't kick goals from 20 metres out yet the opposition always kicks them from anywhere.

MISSED AGAIN. I'd love to go to training one day and see what they actually do to improve their kicking skills.

Yes game over.

Ross Lyon's team is incredibly, amazingly mentally weak. Soft as butter.

No, absolutely no mental strength.

Gone gone gone.

s*** umpiring.

Half-time.

Umpire is roundly booed.
7.5. 47 to them.
4.7.31 to us.

Still cannot believe Ross Lyon refuses to address the skills shortage that exists at our club.

If our skills were bad last year, they are heinous this year.

You do all the bulls*** defensive work you like, but you still need to kick goals to win games. It would be laughable if it was another club...

But it's us. This is just phenomenal that our players are allowed to get away with such pathetic skills.

Refers to signature!

If there isn't a rebuild at the end of the year it's going to be bad.

This might sound tough now but players I would cut are:

Kosi
King
Maguire
X
Raph

WTF!!!!!!

The f@rkin umps have gifted them 2 goals ... 1 is touched and 1 is given to them by the ump fooling every supporter and player in the stadium by indicating that we have the free kick yet they get it as every runs the other way and they score easily

This is f@rked in a really unbelievably bad way!!!!

YET TYHE AFL WILL DO F@RK ALL ABOUT IT!!!!

To even fathom putting Gram on Aker in the first place is perhaps the worst coaching move of the last ten years! I'd rather play Fev at fullback.

Only 16 points down but we are getting SMASHED in all the categories.

-37 possessions
-14 uncontested marks
-5 tackles
-6 contested possessions
-24 uncontested possessions

yet we have had more clearances and inside 50's.

We admitted that about 6 weeks ago.

-5 tackles
-6 contested possessions

If Gram isn't in the 2s next week, and forced to EARN his way back, our defence may as well start 3-4 goals down each week for the remainder of his career.

Our leading possession getters at half time:

Dal 19 (15 uncontested)
Gram 16 (14 uncontested)
Ball 16 (10 uncontested, 6 contested)
S. Fisher 14 (11 uncontested)
C. Jones 11
S. Birss 10

These are our only players who've had more than 10 possessions.

Michael Gardiner has 10 hitouts.

Aussie Jones just said we could've had a bigger lead at 1/4 time.
Says Roo's goalkicking is so bad mentally. And Milne should have taken his opportunities too. He also said that Aka has been so dangerous, Gram and Goddard have been struggling against him inside their 50. That is not where they are at their best. Boyd tightened up on Dal in 2nd quarter, but he is still Saints best player.
Birss' game on Lindsay Gilbey - not sure about that. Gram or Goddard could be a better match up.

Someone else said: Birss gave us a lift in the forward line. Also, Gram was excellent for a quarter and a half. Ball has done excellent in and under work.

Some of our less sucessful possession stats: Lenny has 5, Roo too, Milne too. Kosi has 7 possessions.

We have many more inside 50s than them.
