From Cairns and I'm of male gender
And Actually I still have an article written by an old friend who was a journalist at the Geelong Advertiser. The article was about the buildup to the 1995 Grand Final between Geelong and Carlton which I had flown down for. I was referenced in the article as a Cairns man.

OK time to fess up, not after Joffa Corfe, he is just another imposter trying to steal Jeff Allens nickname from the 1960's kids TV programme "The Tarax Show".
Jeff Allen was known as Joffaboy, and all males of a certain age and name in Melbourne usually get the nic of Joffa (just like Joffa Burns).
So there.
Jeff Ellen actually Joffa.

Bob Murray, was coaching St.Kilda U19's a few years ago when I had a run around with them as a 16yo, can't remember what I did, he said, "well done son", I was chuffed.bobmurray wrote:Bob Murray was my Primary School teacher and my first football coach , i had my picture taken with him in my No.6 saints jumper, which was part of a story on Murray in The Sun way back when.
We used to talk him into doing a few drop kicks on the school oval when he was coaching us ,it seemed like they went from one end of the oval to the other....
I thought of that time, way way back ,when i was trying to come up with a
name to use on here and just decided to run with it......

Damn, I feel ashamed that my username isn't more inventive than some of the rippers in here.
Simply put, I listen to SEN and am a Saintsational poster.
Just a little play on sensational.
joffaboy - I met Joff Ellen way back as a young kid down at Venus Bay. Actually had a hit of tennis with him and Mike Williamson on the concrete tennis courts. Can't remember too much, but Mike Williamson did do the "Jesaulenko, you beauty" call for me.
I didn't have a clue who Joff was back then though.
Interestingly, about five years ago, met Kath Pettingill at the Venus Bay general store.
Nice people at VB!

Poster formerly known as SENsaintsational. More wisdom. More knowledge. Less name.

I was fka saintsforlife but that was too close to another members name.
Then I asked my late father to join on here and he was to shy, so I created saintsrus for both of us(obviously stolen from toysrus) but its perfect as my Dad read this site often before he passed away as he was always starved for Saints news.

And Allen, Ellen pfft.
How the hell would Vics know? You lot pronounce "e" as "a" anyway.
Never saw his name printed only ever heard Victorians and their stupid inflections pronounce his name wrong.
Anyway its the Joffa thats important.
Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

wynner - as my surname starts wyn... and everytime I say It I need to spell it.. that w for water y for yellow ....
I wanted to use this as a number plate until someone suggested that it could be pronounced "Whiner" instead of "winner"
But its meant to be what we all want the saints to be......

Born and bred in St Kilda.
Chose the name to show that we are all over the world.
Just love the site to get real opinions from people who were actually at the game and watched their heores play - not just some journalist who has to fill up half a page with platitudes.
I have seen one game live in ten years and the Grand Final is the only game I see that I do not already know the result.
