how can you respect this loser Lyon.
Inspire us, do something. Stop telling Roo to lead to halfback to take a mark, and then kick it to where he should be.
Looks lost in the box, with all his muppets.

Yes sack another coach and get a former Saint in because all the top teams have former players.SaintBot wrote:Hard to make that call from the outside but by the way they're playing I'd say so.stevos2151 wrote:It is clear the players do not respect Ross Lyon.
Time to appoint someone with a bit of credibility, preferably a former Saint.
You're not for one second insinuating that Ross Lyon has employed today's tactics to prove a point to St Kilda supporters are you?Otiman wrote:I think this is Ross Lyon's big "fack you" to St Kilda fans.

We were never a chance.
Melbourne next week though, things are looking up.

I think everybody has summed it up already!
I never expected to win today but its terribly disappointing.. Its easy to see why the players seem to play full of self doubt & with no confidence.. We really need to change the way things are going..
Nobody, well atleast the majority of supporters, members, players etc etc are happy with the way we are headed & if we dont make some major changes we are gunna continue turn up just to make up the numbers..
Its only half time & I hope the boys can climb their way out of the BIG hole they are in..

Your right. Lets keep things exactly the way they are.plugger66 wrote:Yes sack another coach and get a former Saint in because all the top teams have former players.SaintBot wrote:Hard to make that call from the outside but by the way they're playing I'd say so.stevos2151 wrote:It is clear the players do not respect Ross Lyon.

Anything under 80 points would be a win!Sainternist wrote:When we're playing for pride and it's only half-time, then everything sucks. Tongue in cheek, but it's not a huge stretch of the imagination.OLB wrote:You're not for one second insinuating that Ross Lyon has employed today's tactics to prove a point to St Kilda supporters are you?Otiman wrote:I think this is Ross Lyon's big "fack you" to St Kilda fans.

Media/Fans say we should lose the defensive gameplan, therefore play an attacking unaccountable brand of footy and get smashed. Reaffirms that his original plan was 'good' and back to business.

According to your analogy, Mark Thompson should have been sacked Saturday morning in order to NOT keep things exactly as they are.

Well for starters i would say Lyon is taking in underdone players who looked no where near ready or capable to play out a game!plugger66 wrote:Joey has really had an ordinary year and is worse today. What has happened to him. Same with Gram and these guys are the only guys with pace.
