Yeah i know feels like we dont really deserve to be there and that what the rest of the season is for, to show if we are contenders or once again pretenders.

We may as well be 13th if we lose the next two...
and we'll be cemented 5th (possibly 4th) if we win. I mean if we lose every game next year we'll get the spoon. :roll:

the doom and gloom on here makes it a suprise we are 5th on the ladder...... playing a team whose 8th, struggling and lost more then they have won.....

There really hasn't been much to get exceited about. We haven't played 4 good quarters in a game yet so i believe we are very lucky to be 5th. With two wins by under a kick we could have been much much lower. Still in a great position if the boys pull their fingers out in the next few weeks. Its would be great to win the next three or more.

Most sides are one or two games from being in the eight or falling right away.

Weve just got to add some sharper disposals and accuracy at goal to those first quarters against the Bulldogs and Geelong where we dominated going toe to toe and had them on the ropes and continue that for another three quarters .

we can only improve, 5th to date and feels like we are struggling. think of the positives we can only improve. me and some fellow delegates we discussing this over lunch, and the consensus was onwards and upwards the saints will play finals footy in 2008.

if and a big if we beat the woods we arent looking too shabby

5-3 looks decent considering the footy we have played and the personel out

then comes the lions at the gabba...again a big if...we are able to toplly them we will be 6-3...the lowest we would be is still 5th

again not bad....

the saints will come marching in
