obviously some people are taking this positive re-enforcement thing real seriously  it amazes me that even in a thread with an aim to send well wishes to a player who is under an injury cloud, negative comments still manage to pop up. quite sad actually. hopefully sainter2631 is not putting them with the comments to send to the club lol

Definitely one of my favourite players, such a great guy off the field and have witnessed his genorisity first hand and he provides so much on the field.

Good luck with everything you face in what will be a long year for you Goose, looking forward to seeing out there again and there is no doubt in my mind you will come back better than ever :)

Goose will be back with those dashing runs and bonecrunching selfless efforts.

In the same vein as Kosi, Goose knows no fear.

okay, with all this press conference talk, i'm thinking, as a precaution that I will send it today. I have 24 responses and that'll have to be enough.

God I hope he doesn't retire.

Sent to both reception and archie fraser. god i hope this actually gets to him. though if he is announcing his retirement today, these messages probably wont help :( though, i still maintain that he is stronger than to just give up and retirement. We'll see though, don't know what else the press conference could be about :(

geeez
sorry for having an opinion your worship....
the guy has suffered a major injury and is now out again for another length of time with ANOTHER one.
lets see, umm.......
we've seen him play some brilliant football in the past, but i dont think that he will be as good as he SHOULD BE BECAUSE OF THE INJURIES HE HAS SUSTAINED!!!!
he wont be as good a player as he should be because of these injuries.
im sorry but i didnt see the words only good vibes to be sent to goose in the title of the thread.
u try coming back from the injury he has had, and then get fit, and then go down again, and then have something else happen and again and again

im sure u would be playing at your peak

so .....does me saying "we have seen the best of young goose" really sound that bad.?
get a grip
i smashed an ankle years ago and it effects my playing where i cant play and do the things on a field i used to be able to.
goose has had a horrific injury with a broken leg.
but that wont effect him, i mean its just a major break in the highest league in the country.....
be realistic.

ok, well, the only reason I said anything was because it was posted in a messages for goose thread intended to say things positive so that he can recieve some well wishes. there is maguire bashing going on in a lot of different injury threads, so i dont understand why you would come onto a thread with an intention like this one where people are appreciating one of their favourite players- and post something negative that the creator of the post most definately wont include in the messages he/she sends to the club.

seriously, if you want to say that we've seen the best of him, go to the goose's injury thread. lots of that going on over there ;)

i'm sorry but i just thought this thread was a nice sentiment and that negative comments could've been posted elsewhere- regardless of whether they are true or not.
