went for 2 hours- in the second hour there was a story where they caught up with bob jones in darwin

I'm a huge fan of the Marngrook footy show, they always talk footy and not the stupid off field issues. Great panel members too.

I watched it last night through NITV on Austar. Channel 180. It was fantastic and refreshing and Gilbert McAdam as co compere was terrific. I also liked that they also have women on talking football as well. It's repeated over the next few days. Bob Jones still looks good.

Bob Jones looked like he was going to be a great player initially, but he didn't set the world on fire in the end.

What happened to him and why didn't we get more out of him?

Thought you were talking about Bob Jones the Australian martial arts legend[Founder of ZEN DO KAI and bodyguard to Cocker,Macartney ,The Stones etc in the 70,s].."The Chief" is still going strong into his sixties and is still very good with both feet

bob was from devonport in tassie....tall ruckman...for those times.......193cm.....but a bit skinny at around 87k's......only played about 20 games....
