IIIIIIIIIIIF we win next week....

Post: # 523297Post saint66au »

Who do you we want to play in the final...and where???

If Hawthorn win the final will definately be in Melbourne, but if Freo/Adelaide knock them over the final is held in the state of the team who kicked the most goals during the 1st 3 weeks Anyone got stats on that so far?

Personally..Id love to have a crack at Freo..at TD with 40,000 Saints fans giving them a very hostile reception..AND BAKES CAN PLAY!!!! :-)

Adelaide kicked 4 supergoals, 15 regulation goals in round 1. (19)

Fremantle kicked 2 supergoals, 12 regulation goals in round 1 (14)

We kicked 1 supergoal, 15 regulation goals in round 1 and 3 supergoals and 9 regulation goals this week (28)

So atm.

Adelaide - 19
Fremantle - 14

St. Kilda - 28.

current score in Adelaide vs. Fremantle is

Adelaide 7 goals and Fremantle 8 goals....early in the third quarter.

OH I'm not..in fact I think Essendons leg speed will worry us..they made an allegedly quick side in the Bulldogs look slow..

Another 15 goals for the Crows which takes their tally to 34.

Currently 6 goals behind them.

well you wouldnt really make it to the semis without wanting to win, but then again knightsy would want it aalot to tell the critics "yes, i am good enough".

I also heard the Bulldogs are allegedly a good team too.

You are always going to look slow if you don't have the pill in your hands.

Of all the teams I've seen, Essendon looks like the want to win the NAB cup. Other than Lloyd, not a lot of rested stars, and they want to prove themselves for the new coach. Given the palyers we've rested, I won't be surprised if we lose the game, and I won't read a thing into it.

As an aside on speed though, one of the things I found really interesting v Richmond was how quick most of our kids are. Howard, Geary, Armitage, Jones, they can all run... it's pretty clear we've put a bit of priority on speed the last couple of years, and I don't think it's any co-incedence the pressure we've been able to put on the first coulpe of games has been intense.

It should be an interesting game.

I would love to play Freo at the Dome if we can make it past the Dons. But as with the previous 2 weeks skill and fitness are the things I will be looking for most of all.
