Hi Guys,

I can tell you that Fergus didnt nominate for the Draft and isnt currently training with anyone as he is overseas. Heard he is looking to play in the A grade Amos next year.

This to me is bizarre.

Heres a guy highly rated by Crows - then highly rated by us. Yes he had a bad set back with his leg but many players get past those.....now hes been delisted thats it? no one interested????????......if no one is interested...our previous recruitment of him was a joke.

Mo one interested?

If someone was interested he wouldn't nominate for this draft but go to the pre-season anyway.

Other club's apparent lack of interest now has almost nothing to do with our recruitment of him 2(?) years ago. The poor bloke had a major injury & then a series of complications after that, frankly I think that the way he has come back following that injury has a lot to do with why we de-listed him & why others apparently aren't interested.

With hindsight he may not have been the best choice, however pursuing that line seems to be about something else that I think has already had enough discussion.

well you perhaps could say "mates rates"......unfortunately that may be the case - but I hope it's because of other reasons (ie. injury problems etc).

I got the answer boys. His ankle wont be the same again, ever. Is travelling and more than likely will be playing AMOS for collegians.
Apparently it hurts to a degree when he jogs. Shame because he never got his body right. He wont be applying anywhere to come back into the system from a good source.
