St Kilda I know spoke to at least 2 ruckman who are tipped to go in the 3rd/4th rounds of the draft. So I reckon our selection of a ruckman, unless Kreuzer somehow slipped to #9, will be with pick #42 or #58.

There's a chance that McEvoy will be gone by pick nine. Whether we want him or not, we have to prepare for both possibilities. If we interviewed other rucks, I would take that as a sign that we're interested in those players, not as an indication of our interest in McEvoy.

IMO we will take a genuine midfielder or a tall back with pick #9, and of those two options, I would be putting my $ on a midfielder.

Isn't saying 'a midfielder' in a closest to the pin thread like saying 'a team by a margin' in a score margin thread? Come on, OWTS. Give us a name!

Palmer, Masten, Morton and Cotchin will be probably be gone by our pick, and if not we will take one of them.

Other than that, Rioli and Ebert sound decent, and I have heard Myers' name a few times.

Grimes was one mentioned above that sounded interesting too.
