Post: # 480338Post westcoastwizard »

Hey I heard in the west today and its been circuling that cousins has been linked to St Kilda to pair up with Gardy? Any one heard anything. If true your midfield could be lethal with Cousins, Hayes, Ball and co

Can't happen.

AFL has to give it's permission and at this stage there is absolutely no hope of that happening. Even if the saints wanted him.

Can and will happen. AFL only have to give him permission to enter the draft. They will do that (under threat of lawsuit). Once we pick him up, there is not much they can do.

Apparently Gardiner and Cousins will be completing joint rehabilitation together. If anything our picking him up and the pairing of them together will be a positive. Rumour has it bookings are already underway for the clinic they will be hosting for primary school aged Saints members as part of their "community service".
