Depends on your height ... if you are above average height (tall), your tendons and muscles don't tend to grow until after your bones have.

Whether or not they happen, it is clear that some St Kilda supporters have an over-inflated opinion of their own players, and significantly under-value opposition footballers.

The fact is Schneider and Dempster have both been starting 18 players in a side that has played in 2 of the last 3 Grand Finals.

Both of them have played 85%+ games for the Swans in that time.


They are solid footballers, and have been well-developed. Both are 23 years old and still have improvement left in them.

your entitled to your view...mine is that leigh fisher is a better player than either of those two......leigh has probably played about 99% of the games .....

Dempster was injured late in the year I believe.

Leigh played 15 last year and 21 this year.

Thomas used him well ... Lyon trying to make him play different roles and sometimes leigh was a little lost BUT far from our worst ...

when will people learn in a football club its about jigsaws puzzles.....if you have to much of the same pieces you never finish the puzzle.....so you need to make sure you've got the right combination of pieces and then you start to see the whole picture.....

The way I see it is that pick 26 is a good deal for Schneider, throw in Dempster and it's an even better deal. I wouldn't throw in Fisher to keep Dempster though...
So for me it would be either
Pick 26 for Schneider
or
Pick 26 for Schneider + Dempster
I would obviously prefer that latter but I would be happy with either, anything involving L.Fisher kind of loses my interest...

Well to be honest if it takes L fisher going to get the deal done we must still do it. LF is probably not greatly better than SD and Schneider should be much better than 26 on average but who knows what you are missing out on.

they have buch's, okeefe and schneider that all play very similar roles

You are`dead right Sydney need salary cap relief, hence the number of Sydney players names up in talks , I think they will take No26 unless another club comes in with a higher draft pick I would mot like to loose L Fisher he is as solid as they come and a true Saint............
