Jetstar's GF deal
is any one a Jet Star email member?
because i am, and this is the email i got the other day from them:
To celebrate the Footy Finals, Jetstar are offering JetMail members an exclusive, members-only opportunity!
Fares to selected Jetstar destinations in Australia will be priced based on the number of goals scored by the winning team out of Geelong and Port Adelaide.
Jetstar will offer a thousand sale seats for each goal scored by the winning team.
For example, if the winning team scores 15 goals and 25 points on Saturday 29 September, the offer will be 15,000 seats on sale for $15 each!
The sale will be on Sunday 30 September 2007, so be on the lookout for your next JetMail with all the details. Sale period will be strictly limited.
Sign up a friend to JetMail now so they too can take part in our exclusive JetMail footy finals offer.
i think its an awesome idea, but wouldnt it be better if they waited to start it until the day the 2008 fixture has come out so then people can book their flights and etc.....?

"Another storied win in Robert Harvey's career. They say he is the embodiment of their motto of strength through loyalty, and on the day he became just the tenth man to play 350 league games the saints reward him with a seemingly impossible victory."
Great, I've always wanted to go to Osaka. $60 for the whole family $120 return is great, may even take the bullet train to Tokyo.
Thanks
Thanks
Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

that means that that there is only 7,000 seats for sale, wouldnt u rather a hight scoring GF like, 22 goals and having to pay $15 more but a much higher chance of getting a seat?SaintBot wrote:hopefully its a low scoring farce...if it looks like raining ill sign up just to buy a ticket for 7 bucks, even if i dont use it
p.s, can you sell plane tickets on ebay?

well........as i just follow the saints, it would be alot easier for me if the 08 fixture was released the day after the GF, so i can plan next year but apart from the saints i am only 15 so i cant really go to the gold coast for the week by my self

yeah, but if you want to go to the gold coast, its only $48. fly to sydney, then to gold coast! even if you have to catch 4 seperate planes it would still be cheaper than the 1 same plane.Nick_Dal_Santo = ChAmPiOn wrote:yer its pretty s***...might go to sydney for a weekend tho i guess
its stupid how they only have 4 places to go to from melbourne
