This is a pretty big relief. Well done to Goose in showing his commitment and dedication to the saints.

to trade for who?

Also just because they signed doesn't mean they can't be traded. If anything it makes it easier to trade them as they don't have to agree.

i hope the coach realises it is a two-way street. a bit of faith in goose would go a long way to helping him back to his best form.

he showed faith by putting him in the deep end in round one...

i think that sums it up

faith from ross the boss is not an issue at all

my dad told me that on sen they have been saying that Goose might be traded for Fev! its awesome that he is staying, but would be even better if we get fev!

One less possibility of getting Fev - thank god......

Excellent signing.......VIP at the saints, is a part of a group that have a close knit relationship (since 2002)....they were a distance apart with negotiations, so the Hamill retirement may have helped....worth 250-300K.....

Maguire fit in 2008 will help the saints improve....as will fit:
R.Clarke, X.Clarke, Hudghton, Gardiner, Watts, Ball, Armitage, Birss, Allen - who were all very injury interrupted in 2007 - None of those ever got fit for a period...Goddard will be behind the 8 ball, and won't be as good as early 2007...but better than he was from rnds 7-22...
