Great team man and a real nice bloke. Modern game just got a bit quick for him.
Thanks Brett well done.
PS . With the retirements and delistings we should have a fair bit of room come trade time. And if Hamill gets told in December that he cant go on and he does the fair thing by the club we could be in a very good position come trade time.

thanks Vossy
Slowed up notably this year - seemed to be on the outer with Ross Lyon .. probably only had 1 year left in him at best.
Was one of my favourites for his raw courage and his major role in beating the Crows in Adelaide during the 05 finals series
He also wrote my son a thankyou letter - my son wrote Vossy a get well letter after he broke his jaw. We saw Vossy about 6 months after that and he remembered the letter and what my son had written.
The guy was all class - on and off the field.

One of my absolute all-time favourite Sainters.
Absolutely rock-solid dependable and never gave anything less than 110%.
Bled for the RW & B and was capable of delivering under pressure. He was shamefully underrated for much of his career here, but when given the chance in mid-2003, he never looked back and became a staple of our defence.
His first-half of 2004 was amazing - he was unstoppable in defence.
In honour of Vossy, a truly great clubman and a great bloke to have in your team, I've deleted homework's rubbish posts.

Clueless and mediocre petty tyrant.

True essence of the term "clubman"
Courage, skill and judgement were hallmarks of an awesome career. Vossy you made the most of your talents and left nothing back.
Thankyou for all your efforts and good luck into the future.

Thanks Vossy- take some time to enjoy the kids and rest
time shortened with niggly injuries this year that seemed to halt any momentum you gathered- Glad I saw your last game with Casey- .

Oh man, I only brushed over this topic cos I saw Voss and immediately assumed it was Michael - Oh well, thanks for the memories, V2. You were a tremendous servant of the club and worked hard throughout your career. HUge amount of respect to a loyal sainter through and through (even though he bases his parenting on Homer Simpson)

Always HATED the nickname V2 - which still refers to him as Michael's brother.......great player in his own right, just behind David Grant as one of our best HBFs.......absolutely courageous.....good hands.....good footy brain......only his foot speed that caught up with him, still can play.....which was evident at Casey, where his skill and leadership was exemplary

Terrific clubman and a great servant for many years.
Turned his career around and established himself as one of the toughest and most courageous blokes to play for this club.
Has finished with a great career and one to be proud of ... not many blokes can say they got everything out of their football career, but Vossy can.
Good luck V2.

They should only play AFL games now when it's raining. Slow games of footy are so much better to watch.
