For people that have decided on their vote

Post: # 455503Post The Peanut »

I attended a meeting today with Greg Westaway and Nathan Burke at Gregory’s Transport. There were plenty of things discussed and I will write up some key points as soon as I can.

One thing that came up that I didn’t know:
If one party receives enough proxy votes quickly, the other party will be forced to stand down immediately and everything will be tidied up quietly and quickly and the new or existing regime will be able to get on with job, causing minimal damage.

. . . and have I sold out on RB? All I can say is Greg Westerway and Nathan Burke's passion for the club is very infectious.

Good marketing so far but surely we need to see more if you are going to get rid of guys who have made Million dollar profits for the last 4 years. Als form what I understand they did really care about the clubas they had to morgage their houses to secure loans when they first look over. I think that really shows they care using their own houses as collateral.

Why I was there
They phoned me and invited me - there were a few there representing The Angels, Cheer squad, victory room management and other individuals that I didn't know - about 15 people.

I did get them to put a SS link on their webside (WoM too - of-course). Having dinner at the moment - it's been a big day for an old peanut.

just got a text message on my phone....sayinmg...

'put footy first,,please send your proxy vote now..from greg , burkey, thommo and st kilda footy first......

...interesting that neither my wife or i...both social club members...... have received nothing in the mail.....

...i won't be sending in anything until i have at least read what they have to say.....

....just been listening to spud on fox...he is sitting on the fence....but he said it was disappointing for the young coaches and the 40 odd players......that they will have to listen to innuendo and be involved in turmoil for two months

......clinton also said that butterss is suing over the drugs and alcohol comments.........shaw said that those comments showed a lack of professionalism....i would have to agree.....doesn't mean that i wil;l back our rod though.........couldn't vote for anyone who can't be bothered saving in the morning and considers that trendy....lazy i call it.......

.everybody still loves lenny....and we always will

What? They had all the support groups..? Eat dinner quickly , take a quick-eze , and tell us what the groups thought? Will they be supporting RB or SFF?

It would be more surprising if they did not contact all the key coiterie groups etc.
