Asa Board they are duty bound to consider a proper proposal and if superior to current Board they are duty bound to recommend it.

Completely wrong. The stands were on the books as an asset. The debt was on the books as a liability. The stands asset value was written down to zero in 2002 causing a book loss of 2.3 million for the year.

The debt issue is totally different.

This is not quite correct RW&BB. The club actually owed $3.7M to banks, financial institutions, and trade creditors. It has nothing to with the stands. We did write off the stands one year creating an enormous loss on the books. This is quite separate to actual funds we owe to extenernal parties. We have traded profitably to reduce money we owe to others.

Having said that I am not defending or slamming the current board, just correcting a misunderstanding of the facts.

On Sponosrs...said that the type of Big Sponsors that are attracted to the saints are ones that seek to lauanch...and hence typically only ant to sponosr fora short period.
