Poll - mods can you set and sticky?

Post: # 453807Post ausfatcat »

I mentioned this in anther thread but we should have a poll up who would you vote for tommorrow if you had to vote...

And then do again in three week and then the day before the ellection, it would be interesting to see the differences and how everyone perceive the challenge/butters ect as just discussing in a thread people get drowned out by the few.

What do you think?

My vote- St Kilda footy first.

I'm sorry, you've gone through all the trouble to find out what this actually says and it really is quite insignificant.

hense why I want this poll to see if people get swayed either way, can a mod make this a poll and sticky it?

Can we have a third column: 'undecided'

Personally, I need more time to consider the pros and cons of each group...plus not enough of the details are available yet....but the new ticket looks quite impressive to me

With what I've heard so far today,

the current Board.

But if there is a credible proposal from StkildaFootyFirst I would switch to them.

If allowed this would be the first of three polls so yes choose one but you can change later on anther poll.

How can you ask a question like this when we know nothing of the alternative tickets agenda?

Better to wait until the alternates have laid their cards on the table and we know what they offer.

So I am clearly undecided. How could you be otherwise???????

It is ludicrious to vote for something you have no knowledge of.

No wonder we have had Howard running the place for a decade, judging fro the ignorant responses here

Lance or James??

Because it's a poll jb, not the election itself - perhaps you don't think enough of your fellow SSites to think that we can tell the difference?

I'm sure that over the next few weeks both sides will be doing a fair bit of unofficial polling themsleves to see where they stand - but that'll be of more prominent members. Ausfatcat is just doing one here of the more lowly of us.

Anyhow, as for me.

this was inevitable from the day that our rod and his board sacked grant thomas...and i for one am overjoyed....any alternative would be better than the current scrooges....and stoodges.....and for the records...howard has done a damn sight better than the socialists would have...ffs...

So this is all about sacking Grant Thomas is it?

Because an employee of the organisation was sacked, we throw out the incumbants for...what exactly?

Look stinger, I dont mind that you dont like Butters, I dont think much of him either, and think it is probably best if he goes, but be buggered if I will vote for a bunch of characters who have produced nothing regarding fiscal plan or strategy, apart from spending more.

I will vote on whom I think will do a better job, not on who sacks who.

I for one really hope the alternative ticket runs on a platform of fiscal responsibility and growth and outlines how they are going to pay for thier increased spending.

if they put up a convincing argument, they have got my vote. If it is smoke and mirrors motherhood garbage, I'll stick with the mob that dragged us out of the s.hitter four years back.

I'll not enter into a personality driven agenda, I'll leave that for the pro alternate hatchet men and agitators who have been spreading their propoganda on this site for months and months. I dont really nedd to spell out whom I am talking about do I?

fair enough.........

no i don't like rod butterss......he is a shonky used car salesman..imhfo......i hate his designer stubble and weird haircut.....just for starters...

...the harmony stopped the day that thomas got the chop......the honeymoon was well and truly over...from that point on mistakes were no longer overlooked or swept under the carpet...and buttersss hasn't exactly covered himself in glory since....

i don't have to apologise to anyone on here ...or at the club for my views.....i have waited for this day for almost a year.....when thomas was sacked my dreams of a premiership in my lifetime were shattered.....

..i grew up following st kilda....players and officials were often in our house.......when we moved interstate, ian drake would stay with us when he was on recruiting trips in our city....huggens was also a family friend.......i absolutely hate the current board for their miserly penny pinching ways and the arrogant attitude of the president...do i hope that our rod gets his marching orders..?????.you better believe it......

joffa...the current board has failed...and failed miserably to do many things......improve training facilities????...they wouldn't know how.....might cost them some money...ffs........get rid of them.....
