Delist Gardiner - we've put in a year into a former AA ruckman who should be somewhere near his prime and you want to get rid of him without a game!!

Raph has finally showed something in the back end of 07 after staying away from the medico's and gaining a modicum of condition and now you want to bounce him....

Trade L Fisher, Raph, X, Ball, Milne, Kosi, Lenny, Dal, Joey and Riewoldt for draft picks.

M Clarke, Voss, Thommo, Harves, Fraser, Max, Hamill, Gardi, Gram, S Fisher, Gibert (too old to make it now), should all retire.

I want to see the coach get 22 games next season into Brooks, McQualter, Armo, Howard, Allen, Raymond, Sweeney and all the rookies: they are clearly the future of the club.

I want the entire coaching staff sacked and replaced with Sheedy, assisted by C Connolly, M Voss and Tim Lane (after all, nobody understands football better than Tim: according to him at least).

RB should be removed as club president and replaced with Warnie (he'd be good at getting lots of sponsorship $$$ out of the German petrochemical producers and arms manufacturers). The Board should include Michael Gudinski, Steve Bedwell, Molly Meldrum, Britney Spears and Humphrey B Bear.

And Teflon should be given the job of PR consultant to the club.

Raph has got some great skills.
His main problems are fitness, confidence and decision making.

A good preseason will fix his fitness.
Some good coaching will improve his decision making - he tends to ignore his first option, then gets himself into trouble and winds up with a no-option panick disposal.
Fix those two and his confidence will improve.

Then he will shine.
And those who brand him as a Dud can hang their heads in shame.
