Look at the games we lost over the year. Several were thrashings that caused the poor percentage. The draw against the Bulldogs was just not acceptable.

better off not making it in circumstances such as these

you either win enough games and deserve to be there or you don't. Relying on another team to win so you can sneak into the finals is complete and utter tripe.
