Tell the Truth

My advice to Steven Baker is simple; tell the truth i.e. what he believed happened. This will not guarantee a just decision as we have witnessed over the last two years following games against Freo, where an umpire fibbed and the AFL neglected the rules in favor of a "process" to award Freo some desperately needed points (for them). Despite this, Steven should tell the truth, not least because he is not a good liar.

Lying has certainly helped the Perth clubs in recent times (ie: the Derby tatt controversy, "we're not on drugs", "I heard the siren", etc, etc), but we are from Melbourne, so Bakes could walk in dressed as Catwoman and bark like a dog, he'll still get his backside nailed to the wall.
