the corrupt cheats at the AFL will do anything, absolutely anything to make sure Baker doesn't play on Judd.

Did it last year (attempting to jumper punch FFS

Engaging in rough play. Farking bulls.hit.

Where is the vision? Where is the report from the umpires? Where is the independant corroboration???????

This is a disgrace and if Baker gets rubbed out, the STKFC, has to, just has to take this to court.

Unless they finally and for farken once stand up to these corrupt cheats, they will suffer the consequences.

When is the spill on. I will vote these spieless pr!cks out if i can and they dont take this all the farken way.

Ditto and well said Joffa...It is imperrative that the club is contacted by every saintsational member either by phone or email[reception@saints.com.au] to demand that the club takes action [Legal if necessary]over this farce.

If the tribunal has any credibility it should throw the case out. Am I right to say that the AFL decide what goes up and then the tribunal has the opportunity to look at it on the night and say based on the evidence there is no case to answer.

I dont even see where they could start the case on the night, Jeff what happened?....I dont know. Steve what happened?............he just fell. Does anyone else have any evidence?....................No............Case dismissed.

Was there a "special investigation" conducted at all?

If so, surely it would have discovered SOME sort of evidence to warrant Bakes being brought before the tribunal. One would expect that there must be a veritable plethora of evidence hidden away in the hands of the tribunal which they're going to spring on Bakes tomorrow night.

Otherwise it is a witch hunt.

Oh "silly sausage" me, it's the AFL.

If the club doesn't fight this all the way to court then it is a disgrace.

Any lawyer worth their salt should have a field day with this case ... if Baker isn't defended successfully, then we have the worst bloody lawyers in the country.
