--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OK... Ill post the first question, whoever answers correctly first will post the next question, whoever answers that question correctly will post the next question... and so on and so on!!!

In '96, a 26 year old Nathan Burke played his 200th senior game in that August. He was the fourth youngest player ever to reach the milestone. Name two of the three younger players.

Good Luck!!!

I'm taking inspiration from Rix's first game...

How many AFL players have kicked a goal with their first kick?

mhhmm shame Rixey's was really a point!!
goodluck!!

(I'll take the number closest to the answer...took me for ever to get a rough number!!)

78 ?

They should only play AFL games now when it's raining. Slow games of footy are so much better to watch.

Up until 2001, 89 players (known cases only) have scored a goal with their first kick in a senior game in VFL/AFL history, starting with Essendon’s Jack Kirby in 1911.
...your turn :P

Who was the field umpire of the 1966 Grand Final?

Going back to this question.

Who was the free against?

From memory he played only one season, came from the country (Ballaarat?), wore 47 and had the same surname as someone involved in a famous grand final incident.

OK with Grammy getting the number 1 for next year.

Who wore number 1 prior to Trevor Barker?

I'll pass it back to corr for now and take an option later

Not Nettlefold.
This guy only played 6 games, all in 1984.
From North Ballarat.
Can't be 100% sure about the number.
But definitely the same surname as someone involved in a famous grand final monent.

Ok back to mine

Our games record Holder is not a known goal kicker But has had a good year in 2006; several parts to this question
over 340 Games he has kicked just 204 goals

a) which year/years has R Harvey kicked his most goals
b) what is his best per any game
c) How many times has he kicked the above number in games.
