They have let me know that Ryan Byrnes (our previous player) has been moved to the core group so is the more expensive option now, and they've also changed the sponsorship into 2 different tiers of sponsorship (standard & premium)
So a few of questions:
1) Do we want to sponsor a player again in 2025?
2) if the answer is yes, are we going to sponsor Ryan again, or move to one of the new recruits?
3) Assuming we are sponsoring someone, are we going for the standard package or the premium package (see below)
From what I can tell, the Standard package is what we've been getting in the past, the Premium package comes with some interesting extras (especially for our non-vic forumites)
For me personally - I like the idea of us sponsoring a player, but not sure that we have enough people willing to chip in to do it anymore. For the last couple of years Mr Magic has kindly backstopped the shortfall we've had, but has indicated he won't b able to do that again.
If we do the 100 shares breakdown then the costs will be:
Standard: $25/share for emerging, $30/share for core player
Premium: $51/share for emerging. $56/share for core player
