That’s weird
Rather he was kept on as Captain and Assistant Coach of Sandy

I thought he was going to nominate for the draft?

Re: Seb Ross to coach Colac
What's with the Co-Coach thing, how many teams do that.
How will that work, will they have a phone each in the coaches box.
Why did he agree to that ?

How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Re: Seb Ross to coach Colac
Seb and his wife are from Horsham, so it's not surprising to see him take up a position in that neck of the woods.

I agree, best of luck Sebby, he’s been my favourite Sainter since Harves. I think Seb’s wise counsel will be missed by many of the young ones coming through.

Perhaps his management did the rounds with no interest so he’s moved on.
Good luck to him, as a person you’d think he’s the kind of professional player that would transition well into coaching.

Colac and Horsham are not exactly in the same neck of the woods.Bernard Shakey wrote: ↑Sat 05 Oct 2024 11:51am Seb and his wife are from Horsham, so it's not surprising to see him take up a position in that neck of the woods.

Re: Seb Ross to coach Colac
He'll probably get more money to coach Colac than Sandringham. I hope it's not because he sees the Zebs as a lost cause. Anyhow, I wish him all the best. Seemed like a great guy and a respected clubman.

You're probably right and they have recently bought a property outside Geelong. That's a bit closer.Big Max wrote: ↑Sat 05 Oct 2024 5:46pmColac and Horsham are not exactly in the same neck of the woods.Bernard Shakey wrote: ↑Sat 05 Oct 2024 11:51am Seb and his wife are from Horsham, so it's not surprising to see him take up a position in that neck of the woods.
