Predictions for Top 4
reckon there'll be a surprise in the Top 4 this year
The team that most have written off might upset Carlton or the Swans in the next fortnight and that should give them enough momentum for a top 4 berth.
Sydney, GWS and Carlton the other 3 contenders
The Bulldogs have been gallant but they've got a really difficult draw ahead. Not totally writing them off, because they've got quality in the middle and a very very potent forward line.
I think Hawthorn make top 8 and Essendon drop out

Hope Carlton are as nervous as kittens when we have them in R24 (time and date a secret only Laura and Foxsports knows).
If they have to beat us and we are confident and carefree anything could happen.

Re: Predictions for Top 4
GWS not in the top 5 for the stat that matters... according to Champion data
In 17 of the last 18 seasons, the premiers have sat in the top three for score from turnover differential.
A turnover is when you win the ball back off the opposition and your ability to score off that...AND when you cough the ball up to the opposition, how well you defend that opposition possession.

Re: Predictions for Top 4
The top 4 and the top 8 yet be decided. It's wide open. Going to be an interesting finish in home and away.
Loving the close finishes. A fair few games have an elimination final type flavour.
It's great for neutral footy supporters because there's still a lot to play out and we're getting some high quality games.

What I'm really liking about the battle for the top 4 and top 8 ATM is that - subject to a massive victory by the Crows over the Dogs - the Filth, Scumbags and Injectors are all sitting out of the 8 with only two rounds to go.
