Re: Schoenmaker
Good on him - deserves a debut - hopefully it’s not as a fkn sub
Went to school with his dad, who was an NTFL footballer, he will be thrilled I’m sure!

Re: Schoenmaker
Surely gets hipwood? Pretty cruiesy match up I would’ve thought given Eric has had his one good game for the season and should revert back woeful usual self.

Re: Schoenmaker
Not sure that’s how it works. Will be a huge ask of a first gamer, but if he’s going to nail down a position there’s very few easy match ups at this level. Good luck to the kidBrunswicksainter wrote: ↑Wed 12 Jun 2024 7:22pmSurely gets hipwood? Hopefully gets 20 possessions.

Hipwood's stats show his average disposals 10.64Brunswicksainter wrote: ↑Wed 12 Jun 2024 7:22pmSurely gets hipwood? Pretty cruiesy match up I would’ve thought given Eric has had his one good game for the season and should revert back woeful usual self.
Hardly ever gets double figures.
Last week vs Doggies, 20 touches indeed once in a blue moon.
Against us, he's gotten 8.9 touches, his second-lowest average; just slightly above his games vs Shitney.
Doggies give him his highest average disposals
A real Sainter will pledge allegiance to the ❤ and despise the Pies, the Blues, and the Injectors.

He’s a genuine spud, who probably would’ve been delisted by a number of clubs had he played there instead of Brisbane.WellardSaint wrote: ↑Wed 12 Jun 2024 7:33pmHipwood's stats show his average disposals 10.64Brunswicksainter wrote: ↑Wed 12 Jun 2024 7:22pmSurely gets hipwood? I was initially being a bit facetious though, lions fwd line is great and will be a challenge for the kid on debut.

Well I'll be...... you learn something everyday. I didn't know a Saints player kicked out when the Saints scored a behind.saintsRrising wrote: ↑Wed 12 Jun 2024 7:40pmWell there is now un upside if we kick a truckload of behinds.......we get to watch Arie take more kick-ins

Well deserved. The deep end is not a bad place to start. Hope he sets the Gabba alight. Will be interesting to see to rest of the team and whether Cordy is also an in

Re: Schoenmaker
Ummm - No - Brisbane to kick a lot of points - Arie to hit the middle - midfielders to storm forward - and kick it deep into the pocketssaintsRrising wrote: ↑Wed 12 Jun 2024 7:40pmWell there is now un upside if we kick a truckload of behinds.......we get to watch Arie take more kick-ins

Re: Schoenmaker
Just play him on the wing and completely bypass the forward line. He has a boot like a rocket launcher.

Not tanking
More like advancing to a lower ladder position
Coming into the bye week the Saints often play interstate. This gives the players the opportunity to start their holiday a few days early
If the loins kick straight it could be an ugly night Friday

What, haven't you seen how the ball waltzes out of our forward line? It will be down the other end in no time.
