Wtf was Bonner doing at the feet of the ruckman for a forward stoppage?
Think Saints. He is neither a mid or a shut down defender. Get him the f*** out of the congestion
That's on the leadership
Bonner doing pretty well in close. Our midfield fell away in the second half of that quarter and need to lift around stoppages. We have a few players not doing enough- Henry, Hill, Membrey and Wilson.
They do what they're instructed and that's to choke the game. Restrict their ball users.

Can someone please tell Rowan Marshall to stop grabbing it out of the ruck and hack kicking it?! Our opposition are set up for it, it never works.
He's doing that because the midfield are flat footed and not offering an option- should be at Roma's feet
The team is working together quite well tonight. And Ross is winning the coaching battle. Although, to be fair to Dimma, the sort of no risk, keep possession at all costs way that the GC is playing tonight is nothing like the way the Tigers play and I suspect that his message hasn't gotten through to his players just yet.
But our forward setup is still crap. It's not all about the delivery inside the forward 50: even watching on TV I can see players like NWM and Bonner looking for someone to pass to in the forward 50 and not finding anyone. So they just try an up and under and the ball inevitably ends up in the hands of an intercept marker.
King, Caminiti, Membrey and Owens are a potentially dangerous combination of tall-to-medium forwards. They should be able to deliver more than we see each week.
