What role do you see Sharman playing at AFL level?

He’s not a key forward - not big enough

He’s not a hybrid - not agile enough

He’s a medium kick mark player. Bit like Membrey but not as powerful.

Looks a forward to me, maybe at FF while Max, who I don't see as a key position forward, plays further up the forward 50 where I think his athleticism would be much more effective, as he is not a good body on body player sitting at FF. Sharman looks more likely to take a pack mark or a screamer than say Owens in contests in the forward half and has better goal sense and a better kick. I still see Owens as a future CHB but that's another story.

Closest would be Mihocek and Langford
Both would be around the 193/95 mark

I think perhaps Cooper could play as a Third?

But imagine him lining up at FF on Sam Taylor 198cm
Or Harris Andrews 200cm or Sam Collins 100kg or Jacob Weitering 196/100

He is not a power forward even at VFL level
