such is life.
You’ll find BM is always good …..after the fact…..it’s like he sees the game before him on replay….uncanny abilities

Well...you know how it is

Some are on this forum telling us the whole playing list ( or 80% of them) are no good...we need to get rid of them. 'turn the list over' he keeps repeating!!

I can pull out all of Teflon's posts from the match day thread if you want.

So ...Ross needs to be handed a list of superstars? Does he? is that the definition of good coaching is it?

This thread is so embarrassing lol the levels of interpersonal rage because some people think a coach is good and some don't is mindboggling.

It's why a lot of posters are thankful for my insights as I bring a well balanced and objective POV derived from my expert and progressive understanding of the game.

Most who defend Ross have said the list isn't ready to contend for a flag yet.

Those same posters are not advocating for a 80%+ list turnover.

Typically, they believe the core is there and we're on the right track, but our midfield can't compete when missing players through injuries in that position.

This is a development year. That doesn't mean we need to start again, just that expectations should be realistic. We have a 6th to 12th list. I still expect us to finish in that range.

Next year I expect top 8.

The midfield is the core.

Need 2 elite mids, and we currently have 0.

That is correct
Not more of the same mids either - we need burst from congestion type mids
I actually think we have plenty of inside with Steele, Dow, Crouch and Clark very impressive yesterday
It’s getting it cleanly to outside and away from stoppage is what we need
It’s why I’m keen on LDU not do much McClugage
Get him plus a couple of elite mids in draft ….lookout she’ll turns quickly
I thought last year we had a soft draw
We need to build talent so we can take on anyone anywhere
