I’d sack him and get a contemporary coach who understands the modern game

Because the style of footy we play wasn’t successful 15 years ago (with champions)

Steele and King disappointing again thus far...all the garbage spewed about game plan completely misses the fact our two supposed biggest stars are BOG average most weeks.

Some sense here but if you can’t break even at the coal face you’re on the backfoot
Kinda hard to break clear and shoot out when ball from contest goes the other way
That also assumes you have players who can lower the eyes and not turn the ball over
When did that for a patch - we looked good and scored???
That’s not a game plan change

ATM it’s hit n miss and our deplorable mids lost 11 clearances on the trot ..!

They've lost me for this season and next season if they continue with this garbage football that stifles, even me, a 60 year supporter of any enjoyment watching them.
This is Ross's style and it is outdated by over a decade.
It will cost membership and sponsorship.
I will never see another premiership and our club doesn't seem interested I success from the President down.
We are meek, and weak.

Gee this is depressing. That last minute killed it for me. Went off my head .... young 24 year old son (who follows Saints) not happy with Dad's rants and anger. But for those of us 60 plus ... it's been a tough ride following the Saints. I like reading posts from fans on Saintsational ... as you guys are passionate and like me hurting. Another game where we look like losing and will kick less than 10 goals. One sad Saint.

King has kicked 50 goals in a season under a better coach
Steele a two time AA under a better coach

We at least kicked goals under the previous coaches

Kings looked ok to me - especially up the ground

When we lowered eyes into 50 we looked dangerous
When we bomb we look dumb
If we could stop the turnovers we’d be ok
Plus the midfield is dreadful

Yep I have been a big ross supporter up until today, I want to maintain the faith but we have kicked 28 points against an injured west coast side who only 20 players on the park (refuse to recognise Bailey Williams and jack Williams as anything more than spectators at AFL level). Something needs to give we either need to to axe the coach or a material portion of the list.
