Yes, you remember the Sandy thing correctly, i think the Saints have been having a good look at Hipwell from Sandy, he's often training with them.

Ive read Max Hall's name mentioned on a couple of outlets. He is the Box Hill mid who has been improving as the season has gone on.

Koby Ryan from the SANFL looks for like a flanker at AFL level than a genuine mid, but his numbers are good playing through the mids this year.

a player like trent bianco would be nice add some run he can play and bit of mid and push forward

Goerdie payne is another mid who is young and can make a good impact current and in the future
