I honestly can’t think of a first round pick that has delivered since Goddard.
Gresh was close, but no longer on our books?
Anyone?

It's year 58 of the rebuild, and continuing. Can't believe this inept mob are supposedly offering 1.5 Mil for a KPD. Let failure continue i say.
How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Might be a bit of a hot take, but what would we take in terms of draft picks for Marshall? Appreciate we don't really have a replacement, but while he gets alot of positions and clearances, I think they might actually make us a worse team. Too many disposals are snatched out of the ruck hack kicks to no-one when our midfielders would probably use it better running in to space (or at least facing the goals), as evidenced by his score involvements being below average and direct assists are poor.

St Kilda must have a chronic aversion to drafting/recruiting quality midfielders. It is the only conclusion, bobmurray.
We will continue to look for other types to draft or splurge on, outside of what our team really needs and has needed for years ... that's the message.
Go figure.
And we support this outfit ... we should be in charge of it (we're probably the right people to do the rebuild, jays)!

If we spent as much time concentrating on drafting and development as we do on every social cause (wank), then we’d be undefeated the last 15 years.samoht wrote: ↑Sun 19 May 2024 9:46amSt Kilda must have a chronic aversion to drafting/recruiting quality midfielders. It is the only conclusion.

Seriously, changing the name of the club to a ridiculous name. This isn’t for ‘one’ round either.
Wasn’t long ago we were promoting men being allowed into womens toilets at Marvel.
We are a turd of a club. Get exactly what we deserve. The normal people of the world get frustrated with this nonsense. A higher proportion of St Kilda supporters cheer it on, so you cannot get upset when these are the results.
When St Kilda is on the brink of folding in a few years (another North in waiting on-field), the dogooders still won’t get it.
