Who’s great idea was that

We’ve picked 8 defenders- and we are trying to score

Set up two goals in a low score, but I guess we need a whipping boy. Better off looking to the coach's box

Not at all my whipping boy but he had a shocker!
Played out of position and looked it.

The Lyon cultists will tell you it's Robert Harvey's fault

Paton should not be in this team right now. We need the younger guys like Hastie and Garcia getting games...or Clark should have been in

Same thing last week against Hawthorn. Never should have been picked.

I liked his development and progress in 2020 but he got robbed of growth and improvement from that Hawthorn cocksucjer Roughead

When a team has more then it's fair share of AFL level spuds, the results speak for themselves.
It's going to get harder to find AFL quality players as the AFL increases the number of teams.

We may not see success in our lifetime but we will get conned by the club annually as it seeks it's income.

Paton had a stinker. No awareness. Tunnel vision.

I’m not talking about his ability

The idea of him playing at HF - beyond a joke

Puts someone in the forward line who you want there to NOT kick goals. I mean...he's not specifically telling him to do that, but he's not a goal scorer...is he?

Classic Ross Lyon move

What's changed since he was our coach last time?

Teflon thought yesterday that we'd win tonight

He'll be responding to all the negative threads telling us that Ross is doing a great job and all is positive

He'll be spinning it into ...helps the club get better draft picks

I would have preferred Jones in ahead of Paton tonight

It's illogical to be making him the sub. I thought Paton or Pou should have been sub

Jones was in ripping from in the VFL. Use that momentum and confidence he had and start him on the ground.

Copper Sharman was in ripping form in the VFL. It's illogical to be taking him off when the game was yet to be decided

I know he hadn't touched it much, but he's a forward ffs. It wasn't because he's crap!! It's because he had hardly any opportunities

Is it the coaches, is it the list or is it a mix of both.

maybe it's just s*** Kilda ineptness, who knows, certainly not Fred. he fired his shot and it missed, so far.

Not saying I agree with Paton playing forward or selected at all, I think he’s never recovered his pre broken leg form or confidence.

However you have been banging on for weeks about half backs getting 40 unopposed possessions per week against us, wouldn’t you think this was the reason they would try Paton as a forward or in this instance defensive forward?

We can’t score

Employing a defensive forward is the last thing we need

Holding 6 forwards and not pushing HFs up to the contest might lessen the effect of HBs AND allow us to score

It serious looks like a tank..I mean it makes more sense if you look at it like that..Paton forward and leaving Pou on are tanking moves.

Jack Hayes leading into space, marking and goaling a few weeks ago was just outrageous. He has no place in our game plan, needed to be dropped for sure.

He's NFG at AFL level and must be delisted at years end.
