We were rated no 1 defence last year and sit 6th in pts against this year ... I think Carlisle was well and truly replaced

Remember also that Silvagni is on our payroll - and his son is on Carlton’s List

Recruit another batch of decent kids.

Then look for a couple of quality mids ..like Butters, Gulden or Tom Green .. hopefully around age 23-24

Then a couple of free agents to 'complete' the list so it's good for the next 4-5 years.

Oh, we may also need a new coach with a more attacking game plan.
