Re: Sandy at Wonthaggi
Jones had two clangers so bad the commentators called them out.
Clark has been OK, and my first time seeing Keeler this year and he looks good.
Nobody is screaming "pick me" with their performance today.

Re: Sandy at Wonthaggi
We have to rid ourselves of this alignment. This is exactly why when players return to the senior team they look nowhere near ready.
Substandard reserves alignment. Given that our seniors have struggled for players all year due to injury, and players with long layoffs due to suspensions, we can't afford to pretend that our reserves team in its current form is working.
It's a joke.

Re: Sandy at Wonthaggi
I've been watching the live stream and sadly, have to agree with the commentators that there's no one putting their hand up yet.
Campbell out is a loss but our midfield have been absolutely smashed, particularly at centre clearance. It's honestly just like watching the seniors.
We aren't getting enough of it and when we do, our skill level leaves a lot to be desired. Jones has a crack but his disposal has been terrible.
Caminiti got more involved in the 2nd but not much to show for it with 1.3.
Clark is very in and out, and I haven't even noticed Dow. Definitely doesn't warrant a call up at this stage.
Pou hasn't done a lot, but I think he's one of those players who would do better if he had someone who could get him the ball. Sorry you're at the Saints mate, you're gunna have to find it on your own!!
Brynes and Collard have been MIA, to be fair to Collard, Milne would have struggled to find it playing in this team.
Also note Arie not playing today.

I stopped watching at half time, but it looks like Pou has kicked on and started winning some ball, and caminiti with 2 goals 5 is impressive and disappointing at the same time.

Phillipou has been good in the second half. As has Dow.

Inaccurate like the seniors and slow starters too.
Free kick count also very much against us.

Nope. It was 100% there. Collard has finished off a shocking individual game by gifting the Hawks a win. He should be dropped from the Zebras for their next game.

But it was there - just a young kid doing young kid stuff - just needed to hold it in

Yeah probably was there, right on the edge, but definitely seen that kind of thing not get called pretty frequently at AFL levelmeher baba wrote: ↑Sun 12 May 2024 5:40pmNope. It was 100% there. Really have to question what our coaches are emphasising, esp about team work.
