Hayes was awful
Was always going to be the case 2nd game after a long lay off...I'm guessing it was strsteg to sub him off as he will need a block of games to build his conditioning.
We just look like a team that doesn't care, a bunch of head droppers !! Is it the leaders, is it the coaches or is it the game plan ? There is no excitement, enthusiasm or fun ???? Time to make big changes and take the hand brake off. Stuff team defence, it hasn't worked ( the ball still goes coast to coast after a point ala Ratten) Get the bloody ball first, stop thinking of your positioning. If we have the ball play with flair, if we don't then stop pointing and MAN UP !!! It's a simple game. Kick some torps, take a speccie, take a bounce and if you kick a goal get around each other. That's how you get inside your oppos head. Something is not right.

But the thing is... you have to coach that out of him.
Lift your game Max or you're playing VFL son
A good coach will get the best out of the talent he has. Either you motivate him and get him to perform or ship him off
Let's see what the magician can do with that wand
I will incredibly surprised if Ross let's him get away with it too much longer, Ross is massive on what players do without ball in hand, I thought it was a non negotiable.
