severe lack of talent...apart from some reasonable performances in the honeymoon period before R6 last year, we've been pretty much a bottom 4 side since.

Incredibly embarrassing to watch this.
Many look flat footed and way too reactive.
Sorry to say but Membrey has had his time and Jones should be playing for Sandringham if this team is fair dinkum about improving for the future.

Come forward defending can and will not work

It will get you 1 turnover out of every 5

And you’ll leak 3 easy goals
