Re: R1 selection headaches
What a marvellous situation we find ourselves in, especially in starc contrast to last year with regards to player availability.
May it continue for the remainder of the season to allow the full List to slug it out and compete hard for spots and give Ross a full and hard look at a wider range of players in full bore mode to see who are the keepers.

Re: R1 selection headaches
The practice match selection showed our hand a bit.
It probably looks like:
Backs:
Wilkie
Howard
Battle
Bonner
NWM
Webster
Stocker (Bench)
Mids:
Marshall
Steele
Crouch
Sinclair
Ross
Philippou (Bench)
WIndhager (Bench)
Wings/High HF:
Hill
Wood
Henry
Forwards:
Sharman (Bench)
Higgins
King
Membrey
Owens
Sub:
Clark
Dow comes back in based on form against Ross
Butler same against Byrnes
Caminiti could push Sharman or Membrey out pending form of across the three of them

Re: R1 selection headaches
What is the extent of Windhagers injury
Is it a break - which would be six weeks

Re: R1 selection headaches
So what do injuries look like for R1?
Best 22 players
Sinclair?
Jones?
Windhager?
Clark - in
Butler - out
Fringe players
Dow - out
Paton - out
Hayes - out
Reserves players
Van Es - out
Sinclair the major concern, all others more easily covered.
Any others?

Re: R1 selection headaches
The suggestion seems to be that Sinclair, Windhager, Clark and possibly Jones will all available for rd1
