Australian TV (ABC) used to show it. Then some producers decided they were not there to service expats and stopped it. I think it (Aus TV) has since been fully cancelled.
Every self respecting pub/hotel would have cable/satellite though?

Overseas, earlier in the year, I purchased a one month subscription to WatchAFL. I took a laptop / tablet and provided I had good WiFi, I got to watch any game I liked. Pretty cool watching the AFL whilst seated at a pool bar.
