That was a ten goal plus win if we kicked straight.

We were in control most of the time, and any other team would put the oppo out of their misery.

Our guys played like 'we can't believe we're in front' and played very defensively to protect the lead, instead of inflicting more pain and making a statement.
Any normal team would've had 19-20 goals.
Poor accuracy and being conservative

Conservative? We had 59 inside fifties, 28 scoring shots and our play on percentage was through the roof. Ross said it himself, we were bold, not conservative. Poor conversion flattered the scoreline. Very little else did.

Ball movement was bold…16 goals 12 would have been a more reflective score line

RTB improvements? Don't think so.. The kids playing for Sandringham have shown marked improvement over the season and I very much doubt that has anything to do with the head coach at Moorabbin.

So maybe the difference between a very good coach and a so-so coach is that a very good coach helps a good team to win those extra games to make finals (or win prelims) that the so-so coach could not.

We would have missed the finals post 2012, no matter who was coaching.

We missed the finals in 2012 by 2 games... we lost 2 games in 2012 by 4 points.

Also, 2016 we missed out by percentage only, 2021 by 1 game and percentage.

Now how about 2022?
