Level one noise levels.
WOW! I have to doff my hat to the Saints supporters on Level 1 (from aisles 18 through to 40) it was ROCKING! Those guys sitting around aisle 28-30 (I think?) who do all the singing after a goal are great entertainers!!! Well done Saints fans! You've had a roller coaster of a season, but that was a great way to see off our home fixtures! KUDOS!!!!!

Re: Level one noise levels.
Yep. The “Aisle 29” mob.
Good bunch of supporters.
Always positive, and looking for the best in our players.
For the love of Saints Footy.
Say hi to Marshy if you ever go past.
Everyone is welcome. Just bring your singing lungs.
And yeah. It was special by everyone on Level 1 on Saturday. I tried recording the swell, but my phone couldn’t capture the rupture.

The tv commentators even made a mention of the Mason Wood chanting.

It was awesome being there
Haven’t heard that noise for a long time
If we brought that noise every week it would be worth a win or two

Such a good atmosphere! Good to see the wing members pull their fingers out for once and get loud. Aisle 29 firing up the Mason Wood chant was the highlight! Haven’t had one of those since Milney kicked 11 against the Lions. Standard set for Sainters, on and off the field!

Re: Level one noise levels.
It was great fun to see so many getting loud and raucous last Saturday night. Hopefully a sign of things to come for home games next year.
Here’s a clip I captured on my phone from the last couple of minutes of the match that Saints TV have used on their social media:

No, I’m not Marshy. He did post here at one stage, but found it “too negative” haha

It’s all the boys from Aisle 29 set up from Saints Tv podcast - particularly Marshy. He and the podcast host make all the jingles and songs for the boys. Re: Level one noise levels.
I used to sit around aisle 33 but moved to aisle 30 just to sit next to the folk in 29. Just love being near them every home game. There is a boy a few aisles away and his face lights up when 29 bursts into song. I think he knows most of the lyrics too. Fantastic.

Re: Level one noise levels.
You mean this young Ginger Meggs? He is the son of a couple in aisle 29. That kid has far more fire in the belly than the average supporter. It’s great to see kids with that amount of passion for the Saints!1971 wrote: ↑Wed 23 Aug 2023 11:16pm I used to sit around aisle 33 but moved to aisle 30 just to sit next to the folk in 29. Re: Level one noise levels.
The family and I have reserved seats between Aisles 31&30 It's great when the guys start revving us all up! The level 1 sections from 18-37 are almost exclusively Saints territory!diddley wrote: ↑Tue 22 Aug 2023 8:23pmYep. The “Aisle 29” mob.

No it's not that Ginger Meggs (who I do see). The other fella seems to sit in about aisle 31 but stands up and turns around every time 29 start singing. He knows the lyrics and looks so happy. It's great to see really.
